Weighted Blankets DIY :
Special Needs weighted vest. Don't need to spend 60-100 dollars. This one cost me about $5 to make. Vest was a 75 cent garage sale find, double knit used for inside pockets (sewed top like overlap pillow back) and weights are sandwich bags and modeling clay.
