I love city hall in Philadelphia — yes, I think it is the most beautiful one in the nation. In this photo, you just see a slice of it, but it’s still majestic. I was sitting at a red light and snapped this photo at around 5 p.m. on Saturday. Sometimes city hall sneaks up on you with all its glory and you just have to take a photo.
